Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing this website, placing an enquiry, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Vitour Motorsport, the official United Kingdom distributor of Vitour tyres, and the supply of products and services offered through it. These terms apply to consumers, trade customers, and dealers unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or place an order. These terms should be read together with our Warranty Policy, which forms part of the contractual framework for the supply of motorsport tyres.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, registering interest as a dealer, or purchasing products from Vitour Motorsport, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Vitour Motorsport may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in force at the date you place an order or make substantial use of the website will apply to that transaction or use. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

References to you or your mean the person or entity accessing the website or purchasing products. Product information published on this website is provided for general guidance. You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party use. You must not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or connected systems. Content on this website is provided for information purposes and does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying product suitability for your vehicle, event, and intended use before purchase.
Submission of an enquiry or order through this website, by email, or by telephone constitutes an offer to purchase products on these terms. A contract is formed only when Vitour Motorsport issues written acceptance or dispatches the goods, whichever occurs first. Quotations are valid for the period stated or, if none is stated, seven days unless withdrawn earlier. Vitour Motorsport reserves the right to decline or cancel any order before acceptance, including where products are unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or credit or compliance checks are not satisfied. In the event of cancellation before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded.
Vitour products supplied through this website are motorsport and high-performance tyres intended for competition, track-day, and specialist driving environments unless expressly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for confirming compatibility with your vehicle, wheel specification, event regulations, and applicable law before fitment and use. Tyres must be fitted by a competent technician using appropriate equipment. By purchasing, you acknowledge that motorsport tyres are supplied on an as-is basis for sporting use and that performance, wear, and durability are affected by variables outside the control of Vitour Motorsport, including pressures, alignment, driving style, and track conditions.
Prices are as quoted at the time of order acceptance unless a manifest error is identified, in which case Vitour Motorsport may cancel or reissue the order. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise and may exclude delivery, which will be confirmed before dispatch. Payment terms for trade and dealer accounts are as agreed in writing. For consumer orders, payment is required in accordance with the method offered at checkout or as otherwise agreed. Vitour Motorsport may suspend supply to account customers with overdue balances. Title to products does not pass until payment has been received in full and cleared funds have been received where applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk in products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or upon collection. You must inspect products on receipt and notify Vitour Motorsport of transit damage or shortage within forty-eight hours of delivery, providing supporting evidence. Failure to notify within that period may affect any remedy available. Vitour Motorsport is not liable for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processes, or supply chain constraints.
Where you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt for goods that have not been fitted or used, subject to exceptions for sealed goods made to specification or goods that deteriorate rapidly after delivery. Motorsport tyres that have been mounted, balanced, or used on track are not eligible for return under consumer cancellation rights. Trade and dealer orders are non-cancellable once accepted unless Vitour Motorsport agrees otherwise in writing. Refunds, where due, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after return acceptance and inspection.
Motorsport tyres are supplied without warranty in respect of performance, wear, or damage arising from use, as set out in the Vitour Motorsport Warranty Policy published on this website. That policy forms an integral part of these terms. Save where liability cannot be excluded by law, all implied conditions and warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing in these terms affects non-excludable statutory rights of consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable. Dissatisfaction with on-track performance or competitive results does not constitute grounds for rejection or refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitour Motorsport shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, data, opportunity, or goodwill. Total liability arising from any order or use of the website shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant products. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Vitour Motorsport and may not be reproduced without consent. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Enquiries may be submitted through the Contact page on this website.
